From Seed to Bar
At Sardal, the production process is guided by ethical, sustainable, durable and fair principles, from the selection of cocoa beans to the ultimate indulgence: tasting our Sardal chocolates. Production flows are carefully studied, aiming to fairly remunerate each and every stakeholder while minimizing the carbon footprint of logistics.
The composition of the chocolates cannot be outdone. Maurice Le Clef deliberately opts for carefully chosen ingredients, notably excluding products responsible for deforestation, such as refined palm oils.
Every bite demonstrates a commitment to the preservation of our planet and the well-being of future generations under the principle “Cradle to Cradle”.
