Privacy notice

A short account of what we collect through this site, and why.

Who we are

This site is run by Leclef Holding LLC FZ, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], for Sardal Chocolate, a brand of Leclef. You can reach us at chocolates@sardal.world.

What we collect

Only what you type into our two forms. The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email address, the type of enquiry and your message. The register-your-interest form asks for your first name, email address and what you would like to hear about.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, and — only if you ask us to — to write to you about Sardal. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. If you register your interest, we keep your details until you ask us to stop writing to you. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or remove your details at any time by writing to chocolates@sardal.world. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
